WELCOME!
Please try to arrive 15 minutes before class. Classes begin promptly and end after approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Single classes are $18.00
Monthly registration is $95.00
(Unlimited Hatha classes and a 10% discount in the store).
LATECOMERS are admitted during the first 5 minutes of class but not after that time. Please do not enter during the chanting at the beginning.
WHAT TO WEAR: We suggest comfortable, modest clothing that will allow the body to stretch easily, such as a leotard, sweatpants and a shirt, or shorts and a T-shirt. Please also refrain from wearing heavily scented perfumes.
PRECAUTIONS: If you have any major health problems, please let the teacher know before class. During their menstrual periods, women are encouraged to practice more gently, with more emphasis on deep relaxation and alternate nostril breathing. It is advised that pregnant women refrain from taking our regular class. Please call to inquire about Pre-Natal Classes.
HATHA I - BEGINNERS
The beginner classes introduce you to the physical yoga postures, breathing techniques and forms of meditation designed to relax the body, make it more supple, increase vitality and inner strength, which in turn relaxes the nerves and calms the mind.
HATHA - MIXED LEVEL
Our mixed level hatha class offers something for everyone and allows students of various levels of hatha to practice side-by-side. We will begin by taking the basic postures that we have all come to love and learn how to deepen our experience of them. For students who have been taking our classes for a while it will offer the opportunity to discover and explore optional and more advanced postures. Those who want to further their practice but are unsure, it allows a gradual progression into more challenging postures. For students new to yoga, it will allow you to gain a deeper understanding of our basic postures. All students are encouraged to proceed at their own pace.
Thursdays 7PM $18.00 (included in monthly fee).

HATHA II - BEGINNERS
This unique class includes a wide variety of pre-hatha exercises to improve flexibility, core strength, digestion, and increase energy levels. The hatha poses can then be held longer and with less instruction, providing deeper benefits. Some new poses are also introduced.
This class is not for beginners.

HATHA II - INTERMEDIATE
Continue the journey and refine your yoga practice. Improve form and create a solid foundation to allow the asanas to become tools for higher awareness and begin to experience the benefits of these practices on a much deeper level. It is recommended students become familiar with the basic class before attending the intermediate.
Saturdays 4PM $18.00 (included in monthly fee).

PUJA
Join us each Sunday morning for this service as we offer our personal prayers, chant, and meditate on the Divine Light that shines within us all. The Puja is a special practice that can help us to open our hearts and calm the mind so that we can experience all that is spiritual in our lives.
